Return Process

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the gadget in its original packaging, ensuring all cables, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
